I do pricing per call rather than per hour. We wrap up this week in 45 min? Great! Next week the call is almost 2 hours? Fine! Just makes it more flexible / easier that way.

But what the heck is a "Call Equivalent"?! As anyone who has gone through a PIMS implementation knows, there is often a lot of "homework". This goes for software companies as well that might like to give me access to a sandbox so I can kick the tires on a certain feature and provide feedback.

So again, to keep the math simple, we can decide how many "Call Equivalents" (~1 - 2 hrs) I am performing between calls. Likely one between each call will suffice, but for some bigger projects it might take two. Some ways to use "Call Equivalents" could include having me create training documents / SOP's, instructional videos, product documents, etc...
