Hi!

I'm Dr. Mark Massaro ("Dr. Mark" for short), and I'm a small animal veterinarian turned PIMS (Practice Information Management System / Software) Director.

I'm passionate about leveraging technology (including AI) to help advance the veterinary profession, particularly by improving patient care and staff work-life balance. Getting you home on time!

I'm also super passionate about mental health in the veterinary industry. I myself elected to stop practicing due to mental health concerns, and so now try to reach out and help others that may be struggling. Especially if they're considering a career change into a non-clinical role, and ESPECIALLY if they're considering the world of veterinary software!
